Q. Do you offer a discount for non-profit organizations?
A. Yes, we do. Depending on your organization and it's needs (and what cause you support) we will offer our services at a reduced rate, partner to sponsor and event, or even in some cases donate products and services to your non-profit for free.
Q. I have a very unusual design need. Can you help me?
A. First off, we're already intrigued and want to learn what you're up to! More than likely we can help you even for areas outside of our normal offerings related to graphic design. Our staff is very experienced and talented and has done past work with product labeling and outdoor billboard design to give some examples.
Q. Can you create a desktop application for me?
A. Yes, we could, but we'd rather create a web application for you instead. Depending on what problem you're solving we may be interested to take on your project. Also, Gortek has access to an entire network of software engineers that can be brought in to solve your most difficult problems.
Q. My computer has stopped working, can you help me?
A. Unfortunately, no. We don't provide IT helpdesk support.
